Tire installation was done well, no complaints. However, the technician forgot to put my wheel lock key back in the trunk and left it on the wheel. It fell off when I got home, and I was lucky to find it on my driveway, it could have been lost elsewhere.What disappointed me was the response: instead of apologizing, the technician said that if he had forgotten to remove it, it would have fallen off as soon as I left the store, not when I got home. This was a mistake that could have caused serious trouble, yet there was no acknowledgment or reflection. Also, when he replaced my tires, he accidentally opened my sunroof. I’ve never used that button in over 10 years of driving, and it caused a lot of wind noise. At first, I thought something was wrong with the car and had to go back to the store for an inspection. Another technician discovered that the sunroof had been left open. Since it was raining heavily on the day of the tire installation, this could have potentially caused electrical damage. Management may want to review procedures to prevent this kind of oversight in the future.

Good price. Professional and nice staff. I replace all my tires there. They give me an old truck tire so my kids could enjoy a tire swing in my backyard!

Professional service at affordable prices! The after service is the seller at Sam's Club tires service. They re-tighten the lug nuts with a quick stop after service and after driving it to make sure they are staying nice and secure and then they rotate the tires throughout the time of use as part if the initial package price. It also includes road side assistance for a flat tire.

Came in to do a tire rotation 4 days ago and they told us we had to make an appointment so we did for a few days later. There wasn't a single customer around. Currently here for the appointment and still waiting. Its been an hr since they've had our keys. They also are moving the vehicle into different bays instead of keeping it in one to do a simple tire rotation. That seems unnecessary to me, and at this point I could of done this all myself with just a jack and what the car supplies me in the same amount of time. Now if this was one person who's newer at this I'd be a little more understanding but there are 3 people doing this.. end time 1hr 10 minutes

Sunday morning my tire light came on. Went to 3 tire shops that I knew were open on Sunday. Store 1 just told me that I had a screw in my tire and would need a new tire. They did not have my brand or tire size. Stopped at store 2. They didn't have the tire. Stop 3 was Sam's Club. Even though they didn't have a replacement tire, the man in the tire department told me I shouldn't be driving on the bad tire. He then put on my spare, wrapped the damaged tire in plastic and gave me instructions on how to drive on a spare donut tire. I am so impressed with Sam's Club Tire Center on the Benner Pike in State College. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires from Sam's Club when I need to replace my current set. Thank you so much for your assistance! I think the young man's name was Ashley.
